Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of MELOMING Songlist, a global read-only mirror of the Korean MELOMING service operated by DYLabs (the "Company") at meloming.gg(the "Service"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

The Service displays publicly available songbook, schedule, and channel information for streamers on the Korean MELOMING service, except for those who have explicitly opted out of global exposure. The Service is provided as a free, browse-only experience: there is no account creation, login, payment, content posting, song request, or favorite functionality at this time.

Channel data shown here is sourced and synchronized from MELOMING's Korean backend. Streamers retain full control over global exposure and can opt out at any time via their channel's Global Settings on meloming.com.

3. Eligibility

The Service is available to anyone who can lawfully access it under the laws of their jurisdiction. Some functionality may be restricted or unavailable in jurisdictions where doing so is required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service by automated means without prior written permission;
• interfere with the Service's normal operation, including by sending excessive requests, probing for vulnerabilities, or circumventing access controls;
• use the Service to infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party;
• misrepresent your affiliation with any streamer, channel, or with DYLabs.

5. Content Ownership and License

All songbook, schedule, channel metadata, and related content displayed on the Service belongs to the respective streamers, original rights holders, or the Company, as applicable. By participating in the Korean MELOMING service and opting into global exposure, streamers grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display their channel data on the Service for the purpose of operating it.

The Service does not host song audio, video, or lyrics; references to external platforms (such as YouTube, Spotify, or karaoke services) are governed by the terms of those respective platforms.

6. Service Availability and Changes

The Company provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice, except where prior notice is required by applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of content originating from streamers or third-party platforms.

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including, where applicable, statutory consumer rights in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions).

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service at least 7 days before they take effect (or at least 30 days if the change is materially adverse to users). Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court of Korea, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
