For matters relating to your personal data — exercising your rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, APPI, Korea PIPA, or any other applicable data protection law:

3. Exercising Your Data Rights

To submit a request (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or any other right available under your jurisdiction), please email meloming+privacy@dylabs.app with:

  • The right(s) you wish to exercise.
  • Enough information for us to identify the data in question (because the Service does not require an account, we may need additional context — for example, approximate dates and times of your visits, IP address ranges, or other identifiers).
  • The country / state of residence under which you are exercising the request (helps us apply the correct legal framework).

We may need to verify your identity before responding, particularly for requests involving deletion or access to specific records.

4. Response Times

  • GDPR / UK GDPR (Art. 12(3)): within one month of receipt; extendable by up to two further months for complex or numerous requests, with notice within the first month.
  • Korea PIPA: within 10 days of receipt for access, correction, deletion, or processing-suspension requests; extendable with prior notice where there is a justified reason.
  • CCPA / CPRA: within 45 days of receipt; extendable by an additional 45 days with notice.
  • LGPD (Art. 19): an immediate simplified statement upon request, and a complete statement (origin, criteria, purpose) within 15 days. Other rights (rectification, deletion, anonymisation, portability) under Art. 18 are answered without delay or within a deadline set by the ANPD.
  • APPI (Japan): without delay; we will respond as soon as reasonably practicable.

5. EU Representative (Art. 27 GDPR)

We have not appointed an EU representative under Article 27 GDPR, as our processing of EU data subjects' personal data on this Service is limited and only occasional. If our processing changes such that an EU representative is required, we will update this page accordingly.

6. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Some relevant authorities depending on your country of residence:

7. Rights-Infringement Reports (Copyright / Privacy / Defamation)

If content displayed on the Service infringes your copyright, right of publicity, personal data, or other rights, please submit a report to meloming@dylabs.app with:

  • identification of the specific content (URL, channel name, item),
  • a description of the right being infringed and the basis for your claim,
  • your contact information,
  • a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised.

We aim to provide an initial response within 1 business day and complete review within 3–5 business days.
